Erdogan Thanks Several Countries, Including Armenia

The President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, expressed gratitude on behalf of the Turkish people to all friendly states and their citizens for their sincere solidarity, which they shared in the pain experienced in Bartın, through their condolences and messages of quick recovery.

This statement was made by Erdogan, who also published a list of those countries, including the Republic of Armenia.

It is noteworthy that Armenia's Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan had made a condolence post regarding the relatives of the deceased in the coal mine explosion in Bartın, Turkey. In response to his colleague's condolences, Turkey's Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu wrote on his Twitter page, 'Thank you, Mr. Minister, for your genuine condolences.'
