Putin Announces When Partial Mobilization Will Conclude

The activities for partial mobilization will conclude within two weeks. This was stated by Vladimir Putin, as reported by RIA Novosti.

The Russian President made this announcement in response to journalists' questions following his visit to Astana. Putin revealed that out of the planned 300,000, 222,000 individuals have been mobilized, and no proposals have been received from the Ministry of Defense to increase the number of recruits.

“When these mobilization activities started, it became clear what qualities they possessed. This informational base is now being updated on a modern basis, and it will be as credible as possible, so I believe that the quality must be improved. Although I must say that it is already concluding,” he stated.

The Russian leader clarified that the length of the contact line exceeds one thousand kilometers, and it is impossible to defend it only with contracted forces. This necessitated declaring partial mobilization.
