Macron Warns Lukashenko

The President of France, Emmanuel Macron, has stated that the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, will face consequences if he actively participates in the conflict in Ukraine.

In an interview with France 2 television, Macron expressed that if President Lukashenko decides to further involve himself in the Ukrainian conflict, he must take on responsibilities that will not be without problems for him.

The French president reminded that the EU has already imposed sanctions on Belarus after the country allowed the deployment of Russian troops on its territory to transfer to Ukraine.
