The delegation of the Republic of Artsakh, led by President Arayik Harutyunyan, is currently in Armenia, holding meetings with the high political leadership of Armenia. Issues related to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, recent developments in the region, and domestic Armenian connections are being discussed.
Today, on October 13, the Artsakh delegation, under the leadership of National Assembly President Arthur Tovmasyan, met with the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, to discuss the aforementioned issues.
The Artsakh delegation presented the official stance of Stepanakert to the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia. The delegation emphasized that any attempt to consider the future of Artsakh within Azerbaijan is a 'red line' for them, highlighting that Artsakh remains committed to the resumption of negotiations in the format of the OSCE Minsk Group, with the participation of official Stepanakert.
