VIDEO: Chaos and Submerged Vehicles as Mexico Flooded by Tropical Cyclone Julia

Mexico has been flooded by Tropical Cyclone Julia, reports Lenta. In Acapulco, chaos has ensued due to bad weather conditions. Winds have reached up to 45 m/s, and streets have been inundated by heavy rain, with some vehicles submerged under water.

One state has canceled classes in educational institutions. As of now, there is no official information regarding injuries or fatalities.
