Turkey is Indispensable for the European Union and Region, Erdoğan

The recent events occurring in the world demonstrate Turkey's indispensability for the European continent. This was stated by the country's President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in a televised address following a cabinet meeting, according to the Anadolu Agency.

He noted, "The events happening in the world show that Turkey is indispensable for the European Union and the European region." The head of state also remarked that participants at the European Political Community summit in Prague had highly valued Ankara's mediating role in resolving the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
