Armenia and Azerbaijan Agree on Key Points of Peace Treaty, Chavushoglu Says
Armenia and Azerbaijan have reached an agreement on the key points of a peace treaty, with implementation remaining the next step. This was announced by Turkey's Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu.
He also added that the normalization of relations between Armenia-Turkey and Armenia-Azerbaijan cannot be viewed separately.
It is noteworthy that the meetings between European Council President Charles Michel, French President Emmanuel Macron, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev took place in the Czech capital as part of the European Political Community summit.
This was the first meeting between Pashinyan and Aliyev following the attack on Armenia weeks ago, which resulted in Azerbaijan occupying certain territories in Armenia, along with advances in Jermuk and Syunik.
