Video: Putin's Statement at the Security Council Meeting

Russia will respond firmly if the Ukrainian authorities continue to organize acts of terrorism, leaving no room for doubt on this matter. This was stated by Vladimir Putin during a meeting of the Security Council.

Putin noted that this morning, based on the Defense Ministry's proposal and the plan suggested by the General Staff, serious strikes were inflicted on Ukrainian infrastructure using precision strike weapons. The statement by Russian President Vladimir Putin came ahead of the meeting with Security Council members.
