Video: Panic Buying in Ukraine as Long Lines Form at Gas Stations

In Kyiv, people are mass purchasing food and gasoline, with massive lines forming at supermarkets and gas stations, reports RIA Novosti. Most grocery stores have empty shelves as residents are in a state of panic.

Earlier, it was reported that explosions had been heard in Kyiv. During a meeting of the Security Council today, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that they initiated the attack in response to terrorist acts organized by the Ukrainian side on Russian territory.

It should also be noted that on September 8, the Crimean Bridge was blown up. Both Russia and U.S. intelligence indicate that the explosion was orchestrated by Ukraine.
