Reports indicate that the owner of the truck is Boris Yusubov from Krasnodar, who the red truck is registered under. According to relatives, he sold the vehicle, but the new owner has not registered it in their name.

Recently, it was revealed that the 25-year-old owner of the truck that exploded on the Crimean bridge has released a video message, stating that he is not connected to the incident that occurred on the bridge. Currently, searches are being conducted at his relatives' home. Yusubov himself is not in Russia. Relatives had previously reported that he sold the truck and that the new owner did not change the registration details.

It is speculated that the truck could have been driven by 52-year-old Makhir Yusubov, the uncle of the truck's owner.
