Enemy Opens Fire with Small Arms Towards Armenian Positions from Morning: Taguhi Tovmasyan

Taguhi Tovmasyan, the Chair of the National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs, writes:

“Residents of Kutakan, a border village in Gegharkunik, reported that since this morning at 09:00, the enemy has been firing from small-caliber weapons towards the Armenian positions in the area, continuing this with intermittent breaks. Clearly, no statements or meetings are changing Azerbaijan's plans; they are not ready for peace.

I want to remind that the residents of Kutakan are within the line of sight of the Azerbaijanis. As of now, there is no official information regarding the ongoing exchanges of fire, casualties, or injuries.”
