We Will Not Leave Artsakh Alone: Alen Simonyan
The authorities of Armenia have consistently stated that Artsakh must return to negotiations. This was mentioned by the Chairman of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, in a conversation with reporters.
“We have always said that Artsakh should return to the negotiation table, and we would be very happy to find a mechanism for that. Regarding leaving Artsakh alone, no one has left our citizens alone, and there are actions beyond discussions. In other words, the actions taken by the current authorities are proof that we will not leave Artsakh alone,” emphasized Simonyan.
When asked what Armenia would do if Azerbaijan refused to negotiate with Artsakh, Alen Simonyan replied that they would continue to defend and uphold the rights of the people of Artsakh, just as they have done for the past 30 years.
