Military Saves Life of Bear Injured by Shelling in Lyman
In the Ukrainian city of Lyman, soldiers have found an injured bear. According to reports from the UAnimals organization, the animal was discovered in the enclosure of a private zoo.
It has been reported that when the soldiers entered the area where the animals were kept, they noticed that all other animals in the zoo had died, while the bear was still alive but injured.
It was noted that a shell had fallen in the zoo, which was the cause of the other animals' deaths. The shell landed just three meters away from the bear.
The bear is now being taken for rehabilitation, and once its condition improves, it will be transferred to one of the wildlife sanctuaries.
