“The Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh are our citizens, and we will decide when and how to speak with them,” Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev reiterated today ahead of a planned quadrilateral meeting in Prague with the leaders of Armenia, France, and the European Council.

Responding to a question from “Freedom” regarding Prime Minister Pashinyan's call for direct dialogue between Baku and Nagorno-Karabakh, Aliyev stated, “The Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh are our citizens. Communicating with them is our internal affair, and we are not going to discuss it with a third country.”
