Urgent: Baku to Transfer 17 Armenian Prisoners of War to Yerevan, Media Reports

Baku is set to hand over 17 Armenian servicemen captured during the September escalation at the Armenian-Azerbaijani border to Yerevan, Azerbaijani media reported on Tuesday, according to RIA Novosti.

"Baku is preparing to transfer 17 Armenian servicemen captured during the September escalation at the Armenian-Azerbaijani border to Yerevan. All details have been negotiated with the Armenian side. Of the 17 servicemen, 4 were captured wounded, and they have been provided with necessary medical assistance," the report states.
