Negotiating with Putin is Impossible: Zelensky Signs Decree
The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has signed a decree stating that it is impossible to negotiate with the current President of Russia, Vladimir Putin. Zelensky's decree was made public today, following a decision made during a meeting of Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council on September 30, when Putin signed documents annexing four Ukrainian regions.
