British Embassy Horrified by Footage of Azerbaijani Forces Executing Armenian Prisoners

The British Embassy in Armenia has addressed the video that circulated days ago, showing Azerbaijani soldiers executing Armenian prisoners of war.

“The British Embassy is horrified by the footage showing captured Armenian soldiers being executed by Azerbaijani forces. We welcome the statement from the Office of the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan regarding the commitment to conduct a thorough investigation of the video. We expect the results of the investigation will be made public. We anticipate that all allegations of mistreatment, abuses, and extrajudicial killings will be fully investigated by the relevant authorities,” the statement reads.
