Video: Barrel Explodes During Experiment in Catalonia, Injuries Reported

During an experiment organized by a university in Catalonia, a barrel exploded, injuring 18 people, including nine children.

An employee was explaining the reaction of mixing liquid nitrogen and hot water in the barrel when the experiment got out of control. Approximately 300 people were observing the experiment.

All the injured individuals have been transported to medical facilities. It has been reported that a five-year-old child is in serious condition.
