Regardless of the Year of War, the Same Approach Should Apply to Compensation Programs: Beglaryan
The same approach should be applied to the families of soldiers and freedom fighters who died in all the Artsakh wars regarding the implementation of compensation programs. This was stated by the State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan, during a session of the National Assembly, in response to a question from MP Aram Harutyunyan, who noted that citizens have raised concerns that priority is given to the families of those killed in the 44-day war in the compensation process.
The State Minister deemed the differentiated approach between the families of fallen soldiers unacceptable. 'I promise to thoroughly review this issue, and if there are differentiated approaches, we will address the problem. Regardless of the year in which a soldier or freedom fighter was killed, the same approach should apply across all compensation programs,' Beglaryan said.
