West is Searching for New Opportunity to Weaken and Destroy Russia: Putin

Russian President Vladimir Putin, during a speech in the Kremlin’s Georgievsky Hall, addressed the neoliberal policies of the West, stating that everyone is under the West's scrutiny, including Russia's closest neighbors, the CIS countries.

Moreover, Putin emphasized that the Western sanctions blitzkrieg against Russia was completely unjustified, as many countries did not join those sanctions.

In his remarks, the Russian leader noted that the West is looking for new opportunities to weaken and destroy Russia, and they are unsettled by the existence of such a large country.

“The West is trying to do everything to keep the neocolonial system alive while continuing its plundering policies,” said the Russian president. He stated that it is important for the West that all countries surrender their sovereignty to the United States, as the West wants to see Russia as a colony rather than a free nation.
