The Situation at Lars Creates Problems for Trucks

Since the start of the mobilization in Russia, the accumulation of vehicles and trucks along the Georgian-Russian Upper Lars has created not only safety concerns but also economic issues. This is reported by aliq.ge.

The president of the Union of Importers, Iva Jkghonia, stated that the large flow of vehicles will lead to a shortage of trucks.

“In terms of logistics, the situation is still quite complicated. There are now kilometers of queues. Trucks need to enter the country to bring goods here and take them out; otherwise, a deficit of goods will arise,” said Jkghonia.
