In one of the photos, the leaders of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia are seen in the Kremlin, attending the ceremony for the signing of agreements to include new territories into Russia.

It is worth noting that at the Grand Kremlin Palace in the State Kremlin Palace Hall, at 15:00 (16:00 Armenian time), the signing ceremony for the agreements regarding the incorporation of new territories into the Russian Federation will take place. President Putin will deliver an extensive speech during this event.

As already reported, referendums regarding the question of joining Russia were held from September 23-27 in the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, as well as in the regions of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia. According to the processed results of 100% of ballots in the DPR, 99.23% of voters expressed support for joining Russia; in the LPR, it was 98.42%; in the Kherson region, 87.05%; and in Zaporizhzhia, 93.11%.
