Russia to Open Mobilization Point Near Kazakhstan Border: Current Situation

In the coming days, a mobilization point will be established in Russia's Astrakhan region, near the border with Kazakhstan, reports news.ru.

It is noted that at the "Karauzek" checkpoint, which is the main crossing point for road transport to Kazakhstan, a multi-kilometer queue of those wishing to leave Russia has formed.

"In the coming days, a temporary point for partial mobilization will be created at the border with Kazakhstan, with the provision of notifications," said the administration of the regional governor.

Previously, a temporary mobilization point was opened at the Russia-Georgia border.
