Russia has the right to use nuclear weapons if necessary: Medvedev responds harshly

It would be good if this sad conclusion was at least partially realized by the Kyiv authorities. Alas, this is nearly impossible. They are in a constant state of war frenzy, with short pauses for drug-induced strange dreams," Medvedev wrote.
