Video: Man Self-Immolates in Ryazan Against Mobilization

A man self-immolated at the Central Bus Station in Ryazan in protest of the mobilization. This is reported by Novaya Gazeta, which has also published footage of the self-immolation.

The incident occurred on Sunday around 3:00 PM. According to a source from the emergency services, the man sustained burns to 90% of his body. He was taken away in an ambulance.

Upon arrival at the hospital, the victim was placed in a special box with oxygen supply.

“As they were taking him away, he was shouting, 'I don’t want to go to the front,'” the source told the media.
