Red Cross Representatives Visit Captured Armenian Soldiers
Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross have visited Armenian soldiers captured as a result of the Azerbaijani military aggression on September 13 for the first time. This information was confirmed to 1lurer.am by Zara Amatuni, head of the communication programs for the ICRC delegation.
The Red Cross representatives assessed the conditions of detention for those captured, their health status, and assisted them in establishing contact with their families. It is noteworthy that based on Armenia's request, the European Court of Human Rights had given Baku a deadline until September 22 to provide information on the Armenian soldiers under its control. As of now, there is still no information regarding this matter.
