Mher Grigoryan's Office on Meeting with Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister
No separate meeting took place between the Deputy Prime Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan. This was announced today, September 23, by the office of Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan.
"The Deputy Prime Ministers of the two countries attended the meeting of the CIS Economic Council, where they had a brief interaction regarding the recent escalation," the office of Mher Grigoryan stated.
