Video: Pelosi and Papikyan Meet – What They Discussed

On September 18, Armenian Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan hosted a delegation led by U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who was on an official visit to Armenia.

Papikyan expressed gratitude to Pelosi for her swift response to the situation, her visit to Armenia, and for providing a targeted assessment of the large-scale military aggression by Azerbaijan against Armenian sovereign territory on September 13.

The Defense Minister presented Speaker Pelosi with the circumstances created by Azerbaijan's extensive military actions.

During the meeting, various issues concerning defense cooperation between the two countries were also discussed.
