Ministry of Defense on the Border Situation
As of 10:00 AM on September 19, no changes have been recorded in the situation along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. This was reported by the spokesperson of the Armenian Ministry of Defense, Aram Torosyan.
It should be noted that on September 13, starting from 00:05, Azerbaijani armed forces began intense fire on Armenian positions in the directions of Goris, Sotk, and Jermuk using artillery and large-caliber firearms. The adversary also employed drones.
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced during the government meeting on September 16 that the confirmed number of casualties on the Armenian side is 135.
Since 20:00 on September 14, a ceasefire regime has been established along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, which has been maintained until now.
