Arayik Harutyunyan to Give a Video Address

The Information Headquarters of Artsakh reports that due to the current situation, on September 19, the President of the Republic, Arayik Harutyunyan, will give a video address, which will be broadcast on Artsakh Public Television and the Facebook page of the Republic's President.

The Presidential Administration urges citizens of the Republic of Artsakh to send their concerns to the following email addresses:

The questions will be categorized by topics, and comprehensive answers will be provided to urgent and priority issues.
