Video: Our Forces Misled, Azerbaijanis Seen in Russian Military Uniforms

A video is circulating on certain Telegram channels showing Azerbaijanis bandaging an Armenian soldier, who has likely been taken captive. Notably, the Azerbaijanis visible in the video are wearing Russian military uniforms. According to verified information obtained by Auroranews, they have deliberately worn this uniform.

Our source reports: “It seems that they misled our troops by claiming to be Russians. Our soldiers, seeing the uniform, believed them.”

It is important to note that their clothing is not entirely Russian—helmets and body armor appear to be Azerbaijani.

Previously, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, Aram Torosyan, stated that no significant incidents were recorded on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border overnight.
