Putin and Erdogan Hold Talks in Samarkand
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Russian President Vladimir Putin have begun discussions in Samarkand during the SCO summit. Earlier reports indicated that the parties will also address the situation at the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
Bloomberg agency, in turn, writes that Erdogan intends to demand a 25% discount on gas and partially pay for it in lira.
