Video: Administrative building in Sotk community of Gegharkunik severely damaged by shelling

The administrative building in the Sotk community of Gegharkunik was severely damaged due to artillery shelling by the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan.

Correspondents from infoteka24 and karabakhrecords report that civil infrastructure and residential buildings in the village have been affected.

These strikes further demonstrate that the aggressor targets not only military but also civilian objects. It should be noted that since September 13 at 00:05, units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces have been conducting intensive fire towards Armenian positions in the directions of Goris, Kapan, Sotk, Jermuk, Artanish, and Ishkhanasar, using artillery and large-caliber firearms, as well as UAVs. The adversary is striking both military and civilian facilities, and in some directions, they are carrying out actions to advance their positions. The Armenian side reports 49 casualties and 80 injuries, three of whom are civilians.
