The CSTO is a meaningless organization: Zohrab Mnatsakanyan

The results of yesterday's CSTO summit were not surprising. This was stated by Armenia's former Minister of Foreign Affairs Zohrab Mnatsakanyan on Twitter.

“The decision to send the organization's secretary-general to the region was an empty decision aimed at avoiding collective responsibility in the context of attacks against Armenia. The formulations heard at the summit—'information is coming from both sides,' 'it is difficult to talk about violations of the border because it is not delimited'—speak volumes about the meaninglessness of that organization,” he noted.
