Road from Sisian to Noravan Damaged by Enemy Fire in Syunik Province

According to Arpine Avagyan, assistant to the governor of Syunik, the road has been damaged but remains operational. "As of an hour ago, there have been no casualties among civilians," Avagyan stated.

It should be reminded that on September 13 at 00:05, Azerbaijani Armed Forces units began intensive fire towards Armenian positions in the directions of Goris, Kapan, Sotk, Jermuk, Artanish, and Ishkhanasar using artillery and large-caliber firearms, as well as drones. The enemy targets both military and civilian objects and undertakes positional advancement operations in certain directions. The Armenian side reports 49 fatalities and 80 injuries, of which three are civilians.
