Map of Military Operations on the Armenian-Azerbaijani Border as of September 14

On September 13, starting from 00:05, Azerbaijani Armed Forces units began intense shelling against Armenian positions using artillery and large-caliber firearms directed towards Goris, Sotk, and Jermuk. The adversary is also employing drones.

During a Q&A session in the National Assembly, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced that the confirmed death toll stands at 49. The number of wounded is not disclosed.

On September 13, an extraordinary session of the CSTO Collective Security Council was held under the presidency of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, convened at the request of Armenia. It was decided to send a mission led by the organization's Secretary General Stanislav Zas to Armenia to assess the situation and prepare a report for the heads of state.

As of 8:00 on the same day, Azerbaijani forces resumed shelling Jermuk and Verin Shorzha, and later on, fighting also recommenced in the Ishkhanasar area of Syunik Province.
