Earlier, the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia released a statement indicating that the situation at the Armenian-Azerbaijani border has remained tense during the night from September 13 to 14. "In particular, the adversary has used strike drones in the Jermuk direction. While no significant incidents were recorded in the other directions of the aggression initiated the previous day, starting from 08:00 today, the enemy has resumed preemptive actions, employing artillery, mortars, and large-caliber firearms, particularly in the directions of Jermuk and Verin Shorzha. The Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia are undertaking appropriate response actions while continuing to fully carry out their combat missions," the statement said.
