Azerbaijan has launched artillery strikes on the Russian FSB border guard deployment point in Gegharkunik. During the night of September 12-13, the Azerbaijani armed forces shelled the location of the Russian FSB border guards stationed in the Gegharkunik region of Armenia.

The personnel were forced to urgently leave the deployment site.
