The situation at certain sections of the Armenia-Azerbaijan border remained extremely tense around 14:00. This was announced during a briefing by Aram Torosyan, the spokesperson for the Armenian Ministry of Defense.

“Despite a significant decrease in the intensity of shelling, the enemy continues its attempts to advance in positions, particularly in the directions of Nerk'in Hand, Verin Shorja, Artanish, and Sotk,” Torosyan noted.

It is recalled that the Armenian Ministry of Defense had issued a statement reporting that starting from September 13 at 00:05, Azerbaijani military units began to intensively fire at Armenian positions in the directions of Goris, Sotk, and Jermuk using artillery and large-caliber firearms. The adversary is also employing UAVs.

There are casualties and injuries. During a Q&A session in the National Assembly, the Prime Minister stated that the confirmed number of casualties is 49. Regarding Azerbaijan's aggression, the Armenian government has already turned to Russia, the UN, and the CSTO.
