Clashes Are Now Taking Place Near the Village, Says Community Leader of Nerkin Hand

The enemy continues to shell the Armenian positions near the village of Nerkin Hand in the Syunik region of the Kapan community. This was stated by Khachatour Baghdasaryan, the village head of Nerkin Hand, in an interview with "Hraparak."

When asked if he had any information about casualties or injuries on our side, he mentioned that the intense shelling is ongoing, and therefore he could not provide any details.

"The men of the village are here; the fighting is taking place at the positions located close to the village. They are going to the positions and coming back—we are defending the village," said Baghdasaryan.

The village head emphasized that there is no panic in the village, and people are not planning to leave their homeland. "We are all organized; everything is fine, and there is no talk of leaving the village," Khachatour Baghdasaryan informed.
