Question 1: Is there anyone who understands that our strategically significant roads should never have been given to the enemy?

Question 2: Why was a new road built right under the enemy's nose after the old road was surrendered, making it easy for them to observe and providing a favorable terrain for targeting our vehicles?

Let me remind you that the Kapank-Jakaten road is the only road that connects Kapan to the border-adjacent villages of Shikahogh, Srasen, and Nerkin Hand.”
