Armenia's Air Border Remains Open

The Azerbaijani provocations directed at Armenian positions and settlements have not affected the operations of civil aviation, and the air border remains open. This was reported to Sputnik Armenia by Lilit Aghabekyan, assistant to the head of the Civil Aviation Committee of Armenia.

“Flights are being carried out according to schedule, and there are no changes. There is no official order or information regarding the closure of the air border,” Aghabekyan stated.

It is noteworthy that the Armenian Ministry of Defense had released a statement indicating that as of September 13, at 00:05, units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces began to intensively fire on Armenian positions in the directions of Goris, Sotk, and Jermuk using artillery and large-caliber rifles, resulting in 49 casualties at this time.
