Armenia will send a document to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) during the day regarding the application of interim measures against Azerbaijan. This was stated in an interview with Armenpress by Hasmik Samuelyan, the press secretary of Armenia's representative to the ECHR, Yeghishe Kirakosyan.

She noted that the document will include everything related to Azerbaijan's attack on Armenian settlements. "After the document is sent, there will be an announcement on our official website," she said.

Starting from 00:05 on September 13, Azerbaijani armed forces began intensive shelling directed at Armenian positions in the directions of Goris, Sotk, and Jermuk, using artillery and large-caliber firearms. The adversary is also employing UAVs.

As of now, the Armenian side has confirmed 49 casualties per the defense ministry. As of 14:00, the situation along certain sections of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border remains extremely tense. The adversary continues attempts at positional advancement, particularly in the directions of Nerk'in Hand, Verin Shorja, Artanish, and Sotk. The units of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia continue to fully carry out their combat tasks.
