You Will Not See Us in the Parliamentary Autumn Session: Agnesa Khmoyan

Discussions regarding our participation in the National Assembly sessions, as well as many other issues, are regularly held within the faction, and we have meetings with the leader of the faction, the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharian. This was stated by 'Armenia' faction MP Agnesa Khmoyan in an interview with a NEWS.am correspondent today.

She clarified that these meetings take place in an open, relaxed atmosphere, allowing everyone to freely express their opinions, and decisions are made considering the majority's viewpoint.

“There have been several discussions regarding the 'return' to the National Assembly. There are no changes in 'Armenia' faction's previously expressed position. This means that you will not see us participating in the work of the Armenian parliament's autumn session. We continue to believe that the ruling majority does not reflect the real issues our country faces in terms of security, defense, and other important aspects, and thus we do not find it appropriate to return to the parliament. The resistance movement will continue on the streets, and we will do everything to achieve our ultimate goal,” said Khmoyan.
