VIDEO: Russia is Trying to End the War in Ukraine - Putin

Russian President Vladimir Putin, speaking at the plenary session of the Eastern Economic Forum, stated that Russia is not the one to start the war, but is instead trying to end it in Ukraine.

“We have not initiated any military actions; we are only trying to bring them to a conclusion. All of our actions are aimed at helping the people living in Donbas. It is our duty, and we will fulfill it to the end,” Putin said.
