Great Britain may prohibit cooking until 8 PM due to the country's energy crisis. This was reported by the Daily Mail.

The use of ovens, washing machines, and dishwashers will also be banned from 2 PM to 8 PM. “People will have to forgo their Saturday family dinners at 6 PM or Sunday barbecues at 5 PM, moving them to later times or replacing them with cold dinners,” the article states.

Additionally, the country will reduce pub opening hours, with establishments closing by 9 PM.
