Which Judge Casually Arrested Mikael Arzumanyan: "Jamanak"
According to the "Jamanak" newspaper, it has become known which judge hastily arrested General-Lieutenant Mikael Arzumanyan. The judge in question is Tatevik Muradyan, a judge of Yerevan, appointed by a presidential decree on October 20, 2021, to the Yerevan First Instance General Jurisdiction Court. She is a new face in the judicial system and is considered to be one of the former president of the Supreme Judicial Council, Gagik Jhangiryan's, associates.
It should be noted that the day before, the commander of the Artsakh Defense Army was arrested on the Artsakh-Armenia highway. His lawyer asserts that no notice was ever sent regarding his appearance before the investigating authority. It is also noted that the general-lieutenant has been transferred to the “Vardashen” penitentiary and is accused of improperly organizing the defense of Shushi, which led to the city being surrendered to the enemy. However, Arzumanyan denies the allegations.
