VIDEO: Former Italian Prime Minister Berlusconi Opens TikTok Account

Former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, the 85-year-old leader of the Forza Italia party, has opened a TikTok account. This was reported by Ren.tv.

In his first TikTok video, Berlusconi addressed the youth, expressing a slight jealousy towards young Italians. On the very first day of his profile creation, 186,000 people registered to follow the former prime minister.

Berlusconi stated that he opened the TikTok profile to discuss issues that are close to his party and affect the youth. He also suggested discussing the points of the "Avanti, Italia" program ahead of the elections scheduled for September 25.

"We will talk about your future and how we want to make Italy a country that can offer you new opportunities and the chance to realize your dreams," Silvio Berlusconi said.
