Seyran Ohanyan Interrogated Before the Arrest of Mikael Arzumanyan: "Zhoghovurd"

According to "Zhoghovurd" newspaper, prior to the indictment against former commander of the Artsakh Defense Army, Lieutenant General Mikael Arzumanyan, Seyran Ohanyan, the leader of the "Armenia" faction in the National Assembly, was interrogated as a witness in the criminal proceedings against him.

In an interview with "Zhoghovurd," Seyran Ohanyan confirmed the information, stating, "Of course, I was also interrogated, and I want to say that I was in Shushi voluntarily and did my best to assist within my capabilities, and the responsibility for that lies with the state management bodies and military control bodies."

It should be noted that Mikael Arzumanyan has been charged with negligence in the organization of defense in the city of Shushi and surrounding areas.
