Medvedev Calls for a Complete Ban on Schengen Visa Issuance to Russian Citizens

Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, has commented on the EU's desire to tighten the rules regarding the issuance of Schengen visas to Russian citizens on his Telegram channel. He has called for an immediate ban on the issuance of EU entry permits.

According to the politician, Europeans have already revealed their true character, and it is time to finally prohibit the issuance of visas. Medvedev stated that by imposing a visa ban, 'Europeans will distract Russia and its citizens less with lies and delusional promises while conducting a special military operation.'
